We add a different perspective to the building process. Architects are concerned about the structure and appearance. We act as the client's representative and address the family's needs and staffing requirements as well as creating harmony in dealing with multiple vendors.
Process:
-
Obtain architectural drawings and review prior to meeting with architect and principal
-
Meet with principal, architect and general contractor to assess and define household plans
-
Assess and review lifestyle of principal and family in relation to events, family members, privacy and expectations focusing on providing staff functionality and productivity
-
Walk through property (if possible) to formulate 'final' layout and architectural plans
-
Presentation to include the design changes and notations on the architectural drawings. This will reflect the principal's vision of household service expectations while meeting the structural changes that are required to ensure maximum performance by the household staff and service flow
