We will assist you or your estate manager / household manager to create the same symbiotic relationship that is established in corporations but customized to fit your personal needs. Whether there is a necessity for new employees, staff integration, individual coaching or on-site training for an individual employee or the whole team, our firm will fashion a program that will address YOUR family's specific needs and desires. With the aid of our Virtual Human Resource Services, your household staff will remain under your employ longer, be happier and more productive. How this works:
  • Retain a block of hours per month
  • Principal or staff will set up appointments to speak with the specialist on any challenges, issues or difficulties they might be facing
  • Personal issues, confidentiality problems, conflict resolution, boundaries, team synergy are some of the topics that might be discussed
  • Reports will be generated and conference calls set up with you, the principals or the estate manager / household manager / butler to discuss how to approach each situation and set up training or coaching if necessary
