How this works:
- Retain a block of hours per month
- Principal or staff will set up appointments to speak with the specialist on any challenges, issues or difficulties they might be facing

- Reports will be generated and conference calls set up with you, the principals or the estate manager / household manager / butler to discuss how to approach each situation and set up training or coaching if necessary
